Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Posterized website or placing an order. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our website.
1. General
By accessing and placing an order with Posterized ("we", "us", "our"), you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Posterized.
2. Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD). For COD orders, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to unavailability.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days for standard shipping and 2–3 business days for express (prepaid) orders. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to courier partners, weather, or public holidays are beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only for damaged or defective products. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence sent to Posteroid0@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 92507 99201. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size ordered by the customer, or orders where the product matches the description. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Custom Orders
Custom poster orders are non-refundable once production has begun. A digital preview will be sent for your approval before printing. By approving the preview, you accept full responsibility for the final product. Posterized is not liable for any errors in the approved artwork.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and product designs — is the property of Posterized or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without express written permission.
8. Privacy Policy
We collect personal information (name, email, phone, address) only to process and fulfill your orders. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to deliver your orders (e.g., courier partners). By placing an order, you consent to this use of your information.
9. Limitation of Liability
Posterized shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the product ordered. We make no warranties about the suitability of products for any particular purpose.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
