How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Express delivery (prepaid orders) ships within 24 hours and arrives in 2–3 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items. Please contact us with photos of the issue and we'll resolve it promptly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery. All payments are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Can I customise a poster?
Yes! We offer custom posters with your own photos or text. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your requirements and we'll send you a preview within 24 hours.
What if my poster arrives damaged?
We pack every order carefully, but if damage occurs in transit, just send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a free replacement.
